30 June: contrast of red and green, compact, deadhead, lots of blooms.


15 July: mounding, lacks contrast, doesn't stand out like Rose Bicolor, petal color too similar to leaf color, dark edges on foliage, lots of bloom, flowers show damage but good color, nice glossy leaves.


30 July: surprisingly nice, excellent performance in full sun, leaf color too similar to flower color, the nicest these have looked, great red, lots of flowers, bright color, great contrast to foliage, more compact but profuse blooms, some disease, love it.

15 Aug: perfect, mounding, bright, abundant color, vigorous, red in leaves too similar to flower color, my favorite, nice, vibrant color, vivid, eye catching flowers, one dying plant.


30 Aug: fantastic, great color, color of flower and leaves too similar, my favorite begonia, still nice, beautiful color, cheerful, some duds, browning foliage.

15 Sept: good late season performance, huge size, great mass of color, holding up well, beautiful, vivid flowers, still looks terrific, wonderful foliage color, keeper.
